The Lord of All
On the Feast of Holy Name; In a letter from prison, Paul sets out the way the Church out to live. Indeed, the only way that is can truly live, because the Head of the Church is Christ. We are in Christ, not just as an example or metaphor, but as a concrete reality. The mind of Christ is to be our mind, and the live of Christ is to be our life. Christ himself did not regard his glory as his own, something to seize and hold on to by force, but instead he gave himself up, for the sake of the whole world.
