Appetite, Approval, and Ambition
We are invited to recognize the temptations that have worn ruts in our lives. It is appetite? Is it our need for approval? Is it our ambition? What are the lies that you have believed about who you are and what makes you precious? The Father invites you to turn from finding your identity in those things, and to turn back toward him. Remember the promises that were given to you in your baptisms, and let him tell you again who you are to him and how precious you are.
