Liz Huber

Liz has been a member of St. Paul’s since 2002. During that time, she has served one term on the Vestry, and helped build the Outreach program here; including Coldest Nights program, Journey Home ministry, and the Christmas Card project. During the past decade, she has been a member of the Building Committee, chaired the Women’s Retreat, Red Plate Club, Greeters Group, and the Lessons & Carols Reception. She is currently a member of the Flower Guild and will take over as chair of the Senior Luncheon program. In addition, she has helped with Youth Fundraising events, White Elephant Sales, Sunday Breakfasts and Wednesday Night Suppers. Participation and completion in Cursillo #64 was an important event in her life. She feels blessed to serve as a Chalice Bearer and Lay Reader. As a partner in a software firm, she is involved in the development, formatting, and programming of software. She is on the Journey Home board, Lutheran Services in Tennessee board, and a member of the Homeless Alliance of Rutherford County. Liz has been married to Barry Huber for over 30 years and has three wonderful sons, Jim, Todd, and Sean.
