St. Paul’s has been Alex’s spiritual home since 1986 when he and Alicia moved to Murfreesboro. He has witnessed St. Paul’s grow into a vibrant family of committed Christians and considers this an exciting time to be a member of this parish as it faces the future.
Alex’s walk with you has included two previous terms on the Vestry. He served as Chairman of the Long Range Planning Committee that led us to purchase the real estate for our current campus and developed the plans for our new worship space. Alex also served on the Building Committee for phase one. His stewardship walk includes chairing the capital campaigns for building the first and second phases of our church expansion and serving on several annual campaigns. As Acolyte Master, Alex enjoyed taking our youth to a National Acolyte Festival. Being an Acolyte Master has been his most fun ministry at St. Paul’s. Since completing Cursillo, he has served on a Cursillo team and has continuously participated in a small group.
Alex tries his best to say “yes” to his church when asked to serve in any capacity. He is so nurtured by his church family and is honored to serve on your Vestry.
