Needed items include canned protein\, pasta and tomato sauce\, fruit cups\, energy bars\, baking goods\, and snacks. Money can be given by check with “Nourish foodbank” in the memo line or online through Realm. Nourish uses the funds to purchase essentials like milk\, eggs\, and butter at deeply discounted prices\, as well as items for babies\, including formula and diapers.
