DESCRIPTION:St. Paul’s is thrilled to have a brand-new discipleship opportunity. For a small cohort of motivated participants\, “Meat and Potatoes” will be an exploration of the essentials of the Christian Life. In our weekly meetings\, we will discuss the graduate level materials we have read from leading scholars and writers. We will worship by utilizing and digging into the liturgies of the Book of Common Prayer. And we will engage in theological reflection\, discerning how God is present to us\, and how we might follow Jesus more closely\, in our every-day lives. Open to adult\, Confirmed\, communicants in good standing\, “Meat and Potatoes” will follow a three-year cycle of readings. DESCRIPTION:Offers a supportive place for people to come and address their financial needs and other problems they may be facing. With a limited budget each session\, we attempt to help as many as possible; gas for vehicles\, bus tickets\, food certificates\, utility payments\, prescription assistance\, and rental assistance. Through focused listening\, we will look for additional needs and offer direction to other suitable resources. Our hope is to offer CONNECTIONS to get people to a better place. \nIf looking for assistance you can connect with this ministry on the first and third Monday of each month  at 9:00 a.m. to explain your need in person. For the board to make a decision on how to best grant assistance it is requested that any back-up documentation you can provide to support the requested assistance (i.e. lease agreement\, utility bill\, car note\, etc) along with personal identification.

Beginning on the January 31\, the Spring session will meet for nine Monday evenings from 6:30 to 8:15 p.m. to answer one basic question: how can I belong more fully to this congregation?
