Alpha Volunteer Form

Vacation Bible School registration table Monday, June 8 and/or Tuesday, June 9th, 8:30-9:30am. Hand out Alpha bookmarks and invite parents to sign up.

Juneteenth table, Saturday, June 20, 10am-4pm, Bradley Academy Museum, 415 South Academy Street (just three blocks south of St. Paul’s) Sign up to help at the table with a two hour shift (or more).

Work with Newcomers Ministry to reach out to visitors and invite them to Alpha.

MTSU “Meet Murfreesboro” days on campus. Wednesday, August 26 and Thursday, August 27. Assist at table passing out St. Paul’s information. Choose a two hour shift (or more) between 10 am—2pm on Wednesday 8/26 and/or Thursday 8/27.

Taste of Alpha Sunday, August 30, Rector’s Forum, 10am, Parish Hall. Bring a breakfast item to share.

Hospitality. Serve on the team for a specific Sunday meal (or more).

Welcome Table. Greet Alpha attendees on Sunday evenings by handing out name tags and recording attendance between 4:30-5:15pm. Choose a Sunday to help (or more).

Retreat. Most likely in October. Volunteers needed for the planning team.
