We encourage all adults to get plugged into a ministry at St. Paul’s. Through our Sunday and weekday classes and Community Life Groups, every person is provided an opportunity to build key relationships that can last a lifetime. Community is an important part of life at St. Paul’s. Together, you become renewed in your faith.

We also encourage you to get involved by serving each other during worship and serving the poor in our community. We hope you will connect with us so we can help get you plugged in where it best meets your needs.

Sunday School starts at 9:40 am sandwiched by our 8:30 am and 11:00 am services. We have a brief time of fellowship followed by Sunday school for all ages. We encourage you to join us for a cup of coffee, drop your kids off at a class for their age, and then sit in on any adult class.

Justice in the New Testament

“Blessed are those who act justly, who always do what is right.” Psalm 106:3

In our baptismal covenant, we promise to “strive for justice and peace among all people.” But what does it mean to be just? What is justice, anyway? We will explore these questions from the Christian perspective in an eight-week course from Cokesbury Press, “Justice in the New Testament.” Each week participants will read and discuss a selection from the gospels or the epistles that highlight and reveal what Jesus means when he calls on us to be instruments of justice in the world.

Social Media and Our Kids

How do our Scriptures guide us as we seek to parent our children in a “connected” world? Understanding the connected world of kids and teens can be challenging for parents. Our children use social media in ways we do not and there’s always something new coming around the corner. The goal of this discussion-based class is to help us as parents better understand how our children are using social networking and developing tips and tools we can use as we seek to minimize negative experiences and maximize the positive opportunities that social media has to offer.
