Absentee Ballot Request

If you’ll be unable to attend the annual meeting due to work, physical incapacity, or travel, you can apply for an absentee ballot between now and Monday, December 9, 2024, by completing this form. A ballot will be sent to you in January, to vote and submit to the front office by Monday, January 20, 2025.
